A series of compositions were made as part of the primary research from the findings of a mud-larking trip along the Thames. From these findings, Lottie developed linear drawings and paper collages to create initial ideas for a woven textiles collection inspired by the objects found along the Thames and the Brutalist architecture on the Southbank, London.                           Samples were woven on a double cloth warp allowing the fabric to alternate in pattern and structure either side.
